The clementine has a juicy, superbly sweet flesh and is generally seedless. A petite fruit, bright orange in appearance with a thin, easy to peel skin rich with essential oils and citrus aromatics. The skin of a clementine clings loosely to the segmented flesh to allow for easy peeling and delicious enjoyment.
