About Grapefruit

The Star Ruby grapefruit is the benchmark standard of grapefruits regarding colour, flavour and fragrance. The Star Ruby has a yellow-orange rough, globular exterior with a blush of rose. The segmented flesh is aromatically bright, rich ruby in colour (due to the presence of lycopene), laden with juice and its flavour perfectly sweet-tart.
